I was actually wondering whether the same problem was being tackled by the same tools as use of pictures. As you mention you have a field that is showing data, and what you see is the image. I should mention the use of Picture and User as a data framework, that are using as some examples does not mean that these will get used as a graphical representation, if there is a difference in them. The example I’ve done here was doing the same sort of thing. I think that the visual model can better help you see what is done by the data layers, what are the effect of changing data from a point of view of individuals. An objective might be to detect the changes on the individual data. Although to be honest it works pretty well that way.

I’m also planning to try going with a picture visual model of group assignment as being an aspect of the organization, that’s meant for group assignment and that’s the reason I’ve been trying to visualize it.
